Job Description
As the Preschool Principal at Merryhill School, you will lead our team of educators and administrators in delivering exceptional educational programs and services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the success of our students by creating a safe, secure, and orderly learning environment. You will work closely with our staff to develop and implement curriculum, manage resources, and promote positive relationships with parents and the community. Responsibilities:
- Create a clear vision for learning and ensure its implementation throughout the school.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, parents, and the community.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they meet the needs of our students.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to optimize the learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in education administration or business administration.
- One year of teaching experience required; three years preferred.
- Sales and/or marketing experience is a plus.
