In this role, you will…
- Drive Success: Meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Engage Families: Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule tours.
- Showcase Our Schools: Conduct engaging campus tours and follow up effectively.
- Manage Processes: Oversee applications, contracts, and student assessments.
- Collaborate: Work closely with campus and operations leadership.
- Optimize Resources: Prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
- Utilize Technology: Maintain and leverage our CRM system.
- Forecast: Develop accurate enrollment forecasts.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with school leaders.
- Problem-Solve: Address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- At least 3 years in a sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field.
- Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution abilities. Adaptable, data-savvy, and accountable.
- Frequent speaking, listening, and computer use.
- Ability to travel for school visits and training.
- On-site presence is required at assigned campuses.
