Diesel Mechanic

We have a great opportunity to join its team in Davison, MI! In this career, you will maintain, service and repair the company’s hydraulic equipment including pumps and motors. 

Typical job functions will include:

• Service, repair, and maintain the company’s hydraulic pumps and motors, and other mechanical equipment as needed
• Perform quality checks on repaired equipment items
• Maintain service order processes, provide descriptions of repairs and maintenance on mechanical equipment, and ensure the appropriate paperwork is filed
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment at job sites when needed
• Assist with system set-up and tear-down on job sites
• Procure parts and supplies as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with hydraulic equipment required!
• Appropriate equipment repair certification desired
• Occasional travel may be required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements
• Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
