Job Title: Silicone Mold/Casting Operator
Location: Lecanto, Florida
Position: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Description:
In this physically demanding role, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning molds, mixing and manually filling molds with silicone, demolding, and performing final finishing and inspection of products. You’ll also be involved in color mixology, requiring precision and attention to detail. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend artistry with craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift large molds (50-60 lbs) multiple times a day
- Use small power hand tools for mold work
- Prepare and clean molds
- Mix silicone and manually fill molds
- Demold finished products
- Perform finishing work and quality inspection
- Accurately mix colors for precise results
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure high-quality, finished products
- Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50-60 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic knowledge and experience with small power hand tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Thrive under pressure and meet production goals
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to cross-train and assist in other departments as required
