Merus is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director, Strategic Operations to support the Chief of Staff in business-critical activities, independent of departments or line functions. This includes supporting the Management Team meetings, helping program teams prepare for interactions with senior leadership on key strategic decisions, and leading strategic initiatives.
This position will be reporting to the Chief of Staff / Executive Director Strategic Operations.

This position will be reporting to the Chief of Staff / Executive Director Strategic Operations.
In This Role You Will
- Together with the Chief of Staff, support the Management Team in ensuring timely completion of high-priority programs and initiatives
- Coordinate and manage special project and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments
- Foster a culture of accountability and results-oriented teamwork across the organization
- Preparing high-quality reports, materials, and presentations (Main responsibilities for position)
We Are Looking For a Candidate With
- Bachelors in science; MBA preferred
- 3 years in management consulting, or in strategy / business operations in a pharma / biotech company
- Strong understanding of scientific principles; experience in drug development, clinical trials, or preclinical / translational research preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact programs across cross-functional teams and delivering tangible results
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Based in Boston, Massachusetts area; occasional travel to NL
