Mesa is seeking a self-motivated Professional Engineer / PE for a Civil / Structural Engineering Manager position for full time work developing substation sites for Electrical Utilities. The candidate will be responsible for leading multidiscipline project teams and coordinating all aspects of project execution including project scoping and planning, preparing estimates, supporting proposal development, WBS and schedule development, coordinating design activities and controlling design basis information, serving as primary technical interface with client, leading internal meetings and coordinating customer design review meetings, preparing project status reports, supporting resolution of client comments, coordinating issue of design products and performing project close-out activities.
The right candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong desire to produce error free quality work. Minimal travel and site walk-downs. Demonstrated leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, detail oriented and works well with others. Possess good interpersonal skills to build client relations and work effectively in a team environment.
Education / Experience / Licensure :
- BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college / university
- 10 to 15 years of experience
- California PE License Required

Salary Range : 140,000 to $185,000
The expected compensation is a range determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, and qualifications of the candidate, internal equity, work location, and hiring department's fiscal resources.
