The Senior Director of Technical Services is responsible for management and oversight of Mesa Airlines Technical Services, Engineering, Power-Plant functions, and has overall responsibility for the reliability of the fleet. responsible to the VP of Maintenance & Engineering for developing, improving, and maintaining an organization that ensures maintenance is performed to the highest possible degree of workmanship and materials using the most efficient methods of inspection and engineering. Ensures compliance with Directives and Regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration. The Senior Director Technical Services is responsible for building a cohesive, highly motivated Team that is a mission oriented, disciplined in their approach, effective under pressure and committed to safety and compliance. Reviews projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Continuously leads the efforts of cultivating a strong culture of safety across the organization.
