What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Assistant position at Mesba?
Busy business owner seeks a part-time (15-25 hours per week) personal assistant in our home to provide additional support and organization. The position will cover both personal time management support - such as setting and keeping of schedules and managing to-do's - while also helping as needed with light house activities.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant demeanor and be highly organized, able to multitask, work and maintain structured lists, and provide support as needed in a friendly environment. The individual should be capable of learning software programs, apps and other tools to keep track of appointments and provide needed follow-up on related tasks. Online research is an additional part of the position. Candidate should be comfortable running errands and providing support with household activities - as necessary - including cooking from a recipe, doing LIGHT laundry, and taking care of our small Maltipoo. Candidate will possess a positive attitude, intelligence, a calm demeanor, and be very reliable. Ideal candidate will also have reliable transportation to our home in Rocky Point/Town N Country.
A background check/check of references is required. The position is a contracted one so a 1099 will be issued. After six months of continuous employment the candidate will receive one week of additional compensation.
