Program Coordinator
Mesquite Treatment Center is a Harlingen, TX based, for-profit organization that provides transitional living and rehabilitation services to individuals with addiction. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in the Harlingen, TX.
The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Operations and Clinical Director to ensure that the program is running smoothly and efficiently. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all programs are being run efficiently and that the program is running smoothly. The Program Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and being accurate in all aspects of the program.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the Administration on all programs, including but not limited to: recruitment, screening, orientation, orientation meetings, orientation staff, orientation clients, staff meetings, client support groups, etc.
- Coordinating with Administration on all necessary paperwork required for each program. (including but not limited to: client support group paperwork)
- Coordinating with the Administration on all necessary paperwork for staff members. (including but not limited to: scheduling, discipline documents, etc.)
- Scheduling all staff members for shifts. (including but not limited to: supervisors, counselors, case managers etc.)
- Assisting clients with any needed paperwork or documentation needed for their transition from residential setting to a permanent community setting.
- Assisting in any administrative tasks as needed.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by management or leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
