About Us: Mess Hall is a DIY custom trucker hat bar that offers a fun and interactive shopping experience, with a cafeteria theme. Customers design their own hats by selecting from a variety of patches and pins. Our store blends creativity with retail in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Job Overview: We are looking for a part-time retail associate to join our team in Savannah. This role involves assisting customers with hat customization, operating heat presses, managing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming store experience. Availability on Sundays is required. Additional availability on weekdays and weekends is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in designing and customizing their hats
- Operate heat presses to apply patches
- Process transactions through the POS system and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and restock inventory, including patches, pins, and hats
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with customers to enhance their experience
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Must be available on Sundays (additional weekday/weekend availability is a plus)
