Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing orders, scheduling installations, and following up with customers. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and networking. Work with regional and national fleets to generate high volume, fleet orders.
- Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured and communicated to the relevant departments.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule installations and service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Detail Orientation: Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented accurately in the CRM system. Pay close attention to detail to avoid errors and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the automotive, dealership, or upfitting world.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Quickbooks experience a plus
