What you would do at Messerli & Kramer : Our Plymouth location at Messerli Kramer is currently seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for someone who enjoys managing a variety of administrative tasks in a fast pace environment within human resources. This position will be required to onsite to assist and be a liaison to our employees and support our HR Generalist. This role requires good attention to detail, strong organizational skills along with great communication skills to help support our employee experience. The responsibilities include but not limited to : assisting with recruiting, onboarding, new employee orientation, benefits, payroll, timecard management and general administrative support.
Hours : 8 : 00AM-12 : 00PM Monday-Thursday
Hourly Part Time Position : up to 20 hours per week
Hourly Pay Range : $20-25 / hour based upon level of experience
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding
- Coordinate background and drug screenings with vendor.
- Coordinate and assist with new employee orientation on Mondays.
- Set up badge access and assign badges for new hires.
- Assign work location for new hires and work with IT department.
- Send internal new hire staffing communications.
- Review identification and complete the I-9 process.
