The Office of Development - Annual Giving at Messiah University has an opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant for Giving Programs.
Responsibilities: This position is a full-time position responsible for supporting the administrative and project coordination needs of Giving Programs and Grants.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2-4 years of administrative assistant experience preferred. Experience in a development or fundraising environment preferred.
Skills and Characteristics:
- High commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Competent in using word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and presentation software (MS Office preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Slate experience highly preferred
