Position Summary
This position sells tickets and answers event questions in the Box Office. Acts as head usher at events selling tickets prior to and during events and supervising Ticket Taker / Usher staff. Also assists the University Receptionist with answering the University’s phones and directing callers to the correct location. Major Preferred Experience Required Cash Handling; Customer Service; Guest Relations Experience Preferred Skills, Characteristics Required for Position Friendly, courteous and helpful Dress Code Requirements Office : Nice top and jeans are allowed. No leggings, spandex or gym wear.
Events : White button-up shirt, black pants / skirt, black flat shoes Special Working Conditions N / A Background Check Required No Primary Duties 1. Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
2. Answering all phone calls that come into the University.
3. Selling tickets.
4. General knowledge of things on campus.
Salary : $8
