We are currently looking to expand our ever-growing Sales Team by hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our customers and sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage with potential customers.
- Qualify leads, provide estimates, and schedule appointments for field representatives.
- Follow up on leads and past customer inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain open communication with our sales representatives
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide customers with product knowledge and roofing service options.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of roofing materials and services is a plus (training provided).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
