Role Description
Part-Time Airport Greeter – Client Experience & Coordination
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Greeter to join our team. This part-time, on-site role is essential to ensuring a seamless experience for clients arriving at the airport. As a Greeter, you will:
- Greet clients upon arrival at the airport with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Assist with luggage and ensure a smooth transition from the airport to the chauffeur.
- Guide clients to their waiting chauffeur and provide any necessary travel information.
- Coordinate with the team to guarantee a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any needs or concerns.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous manner at all times to uphold the company's reputation.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with a team to provide a high level of service to our clients.
