Job Overview
As a Reservation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound calls and emails. Your primary goal will be to convert inquiries into confirmed reservations while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell our products/services
- Close sales effectively over the phone and via email
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM system (Hubspot)
- Follow and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional offers
Qualifications
Required
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a phone-based environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a positive attitude
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow SOPs and company guidelines consistently
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience with Hubspot or Salesforce CRM
- Background in hospitality, travel, or related industries
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Hours:
