META PCs is looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Gaming PC Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with gaming PCs, troubleshooting tech issues, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers with any technical issues related to their gaming PCs and providing quality customer service.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via live chat, phone, and help ticket system with any technical issues they may have.
- Troubleshoot gaming PC hardware and software issues.
- Provide detailed and accurate technical support to customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issue has been resolved.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current gaming PC trends and technologies.
- Sell parts, upgrades, and new systems to customers
- Maintain key performance metrics.
- Remain up to date on META PCs products and services.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience working with PC hardware and software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and provide detailed and accurate technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
Experience:
- Computer Repair: 2 years (Required)
- Computer Building: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Phoenix, AZ 85034: Relocate before starting work (Required)
