What You’ll Do:
- Vendor Management: Maintain and grow relationships with hardware vendors, ensuring we get the best products at the best prices.
- Purchasing Leadership: Oversee all PC hardware purchasing, staying ahead of trends and ensuring our inventory meets customer demand.
- Negotiation Pro: Work with vendors to secure optimal pricing, terms, and product availability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your analytical skills to forecast demand and ensure timely ordering.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with our operations and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination between purchasing and customer needs.
- Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory levels to minimize overstock and shortages while maximizing product availability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: Background in PC hardware purchasing, distribution, or working with system integrators is a plus and preferred.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay cool under pressure.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the PC gaming and hardware world. Bonus points if you can geek out over the latest GPUs and CPUs!
- Adaptable & Driven: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with a focus on results.
