The Wireless Connectivity Certification Engineer is responsible for driving industry certifications with relevant certification forums & bodies like Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth-Special Interest Group, PTCRB, EMVCo, etc. You will utilize your knowledge of connectivity standards and wireless device architecture to develop, plan, and execute certification tests. Your continuous push for execution efficiency will secure certification grants while meeting the highest quality and on time.

Responsibilities

• Establish test bed and test platforms for various wireless connectivity certification activities.
• Analyze proposed features and identify applicable test scope.
• Establish test session requirements such as schedule, samples, and supporting tools / documents.
• Drive test cycles and generate reports for internal and external partners.
• Debug issues identified during test cycles, work with Firmware / Software / Hardware teams to root cause issues and get them fixed.
• Work with test equipment manufacturers to resolve any setup issues.
• Submit reports to the appropriate certification bodies and receive technical acceptance.

Compensation : $170,000 / year to $240,000 / year bonus equity benefits.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or sales incentives, if applicable.
