Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Payroll -USA
Metaformers (Meta) has an open position for an experienced senior level Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Lead. The position is open to full-time or contractor consultants. Must be US based and have flexibility, if a client site visit is needed during the project duration.
This resource will be responsible for implementing Payroll within the Oracle HCM Cloud Services offering. Knowledge across other HR modules would be added value. The consultant will be responsible for leading the client through the design, configuration and testing phases and should be fluent in all related business processes and best practices incorporated in the software. This job also requires full documentation of final configurations related to the subject areas assigned as well as development and validation of system test scripts and end user training content.

Qualifications and Experience:
- For contractors project focused skills are required. For individuals seeking full-time employee status must meet qualifications and opportunity to cross train and expand skills (certification offered).
- Minimum of four years of experience in a Functional Lead role
- Minimum two years of payroll implementation experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Knowledge and hands on experience in configuring Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll and any additional modules an added value, with proven project delivery through full life cycle from requirements through deployment / support
- Excellent team Lead skills include ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest solutions to meet these requirements.
- Prior Public Sector (state, county, city, local) client project hands on Lead experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers.
