Accounting Clerk – Invoicing/AR/AP

We are looking for an onsite Accounting Clerk to increase our capacity as our company continues to grow. This position will play a vital role in the operations of our company, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of all customer invoicing, along with various other accounting duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Customer Invoicing and Returns management

· Maintaining and updating customer files

· Assist with customer collections and payables

· Reconciliation of customer issues, returns, sales

· Weekly sales tracking

· Ad hoc reporting as necessary

Experience:

· Prior knowledge of Business Central software is a plus.

· 2-year degree relevant to the position is a plus.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a part of an accounting team with Receivables and Payables.

· Experience with manufacturing and inventory is a bonus.

· Ability to multi-task and function in a fast paced environment.

· Ability to work in a team and as an individual, and maintain respectful relationships with co-workers

· Financial integrity beyond reproach.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills – pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.

Job Type: Full-time; Non-exempt; On-Site

Compensation: DOE base rate, and quarterly profit sharing.
