Basic Functions :
The Director of Technical Support will oversee and lead the in-house and field service technical support functions at Metalforming to ensure the delivery of world-class service to our customers. This leader will manage our Field Service Manager and the technical support team, implement strategies to enhance capabilities and efficiencies, and collaborate across departments to resolve complex technical challenges while closely collaborating with our Field Service Manager, Sales leaders and our vendors in Europe.
