Title : Yard Laborer
Compensation : Commensurate with experience
Employment type : Full-Time – 40 hours / week
Work schedule : Monday - Friday 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm
Location : Brownsville, PA
Responsibilities :
- Load and unload scrap metal materials.
- Clean and prepare the job site in a tidy and safe manner.
- Use a variety of tools and machines : blowtorches, forklifts, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, and water spraying equipment.
- Sort and process scrap metal according to grade and size.
- Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, and customers clearly and respectfully.
- Must be able to work assigned schedule.
- Must be able to perform a variety of tasks in all kinds of weather / seasons.
- Required to wear proper PPE (steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses).
