Job Description : As a Project Manage, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing and coordinating structural steel projects from inception to completion. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resource Management : Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure all project components align with project goals.
- Budget and Cost Control : Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage financial aspects of projects to maximize profitability.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive problem-solving to avoid delays and disruptions.
- Quality Assurance : Oversee the quality of workmanship, materials, and safety measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Timeline Management : Maintain project schedules, track progress, and adjust plans as necessary to meet project milestones and deadlines.
