Maintenance Technician

First Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, Friday 6 AM-10 AM with mandatory OT when applicable

Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for doing the preventive maintenance on and/or fixing machines and facilities. Essential Duties: Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

• Complete work orders assigned on maintenance software.
• Fix or repair machines and/or facility issues.
• Work with operators to help diagnose problems.
• Work with or assist outside technicians to fix equipment.
• Perform snow removal or lawn care.
• Must be able to work independently
• Ability to work overtime hours, as needed.
• Must have a valid Drivers License and able to work at any of the 5 Lincoln based Metalworks Inc. locations.

Requirements:

• 2 years of general production experience
• 2 years of machine maintenance experience preferred.
