Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, structures, pipes, and electrical systems.
- Use machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill press, milling machine) for repairs or part fabrication.
- Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Complete assigned work orders.
- Keep maintenance area clean and orderly.
- Utilize maintenance systems for daily duties.
- Operate material handling equipment safely.
- Document work order completion.
- Support predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
- Participate in plant initiatives.
- Organize and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
- Follow safety and quality programs and policies.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in welding, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
- Basic computer skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
(2nd Shift - 2pm to 10:30 pm EST) *there is also a weekend shift available (FRIDAY, SAT, SUN, MOND, 10 PM TO 7AM), so submit anyone that may be interested in this shift as well.
Must-Have:
- Stable work history
- PLC experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in welding, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Previous Industrial Maintenance Exp.
- Previous Electrical Exp.
Nice-Have:
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing Industry
- Welding exp.
