MetaPhy is looking for an individual that can help improve productivity and efficiency in our operational processes. The right candidate will be able to learn the business and make changes to streamline operational tasks. They would create and manage reporting focused on various metrics and work cross-departmentally as well as offer application support across multiple platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot third party applications.
- Organize, coordinate, and validate data loads from outside parties.
- Create new processes and procedures to enhance daily operation activities.
- Analyze data and information to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate scheduled, ad hoc, and cross-departmental analysis requests for internal and external use.
- Develop and implement scheduled reports to provide insights on key focus areas.
- Interpret, design, and develop appropriate analyses to solve operation problems.
- Access data for analysis using business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc.).
- Communicate results of analysis to various levels of the organization including Executive Leadership.
