Description
Salary Range: $84,000 - $115,000/annually (Dependent on experience)

Essential functions would include, but not limited to, the following:
- Complies with all Company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, OSHA, and other
- Handles patient information with discretion and sensitivity and maintains HIPAA compliance.
- Utilizes tactful and professional communication to promote positive public relations with
providers.
- Ensures that patients receive appropriate care related to renal diet and medications from Long
- Provides comprehensive nutritional assessments for dialysis patients, on-going instruction and

- Assists with obtaining IDPN, nutritional resources and protocols.
- As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), participates in the completion of

- As a member of the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) team, participates

Program.
- Participates in national and state programs on renal nutritional services and keeps abreast of

- Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on the Commission of Dietetics Registry. - Required
- Current state licensure (if required by the state). Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements. - Required
- Minimum of 1 year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian (after becoming a Registered Dietitian). - Required
- Member of the American Dietetic Association. - Strongly Preferred
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with the ESRD patient, - Preferred.
- Is responsible for maintaining registration and continuing education hours as specified by the American Dietetic Association.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively with clients and fellow staff members.
