Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in work management, dispatching, payroll, or utility operations is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks such as organizing materials and filing in overhead cabinets.
Basic Purpose: This is a “temp-to-hire” position primarily responsible for handling contractor payroll activities, including time entry, managing work orders, issuing materials, and maintaining filing systems. Additional duties include:
- Entering labor hours, work orders, and material usage for a 10-person crew.
- Data entry for payroll, managing open/close work orders, and issuing materials.
- Administering daily office functions such as filing, email communication, and team coordination.
- Using an in-house database (training provided).
- Managing dispatch activities from a Utah-based perspective and supporting departmental organization.
- The focus will be on electronic communications and internal coordination.
Additional Information:
- Customer service and problem-solving skills are key for this role.
- We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented individual capable of handling time-sensitive tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- May be asked to step in to cover out-of-office tasks as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.58 - $24.00 per hour
