Title: Payroll Admin
Location: Centerville, UT
Hours: 6am-2pm M-F
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process payroll data accurately and efficiently for multiple locations, ensuring timely entry into the designated payroll system.
- Safeguard the privacy and integrity of payroll processing in compliance with confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Verify payroll reports for accuracy by comparing system records and identifying discrepancies.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries, including errors or payment issues, for all locations.
- Adhere to strict payroll closing procedures to ensure compliance with established regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records to ensure payrolls are properly documented and accounted for.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Analyze, prepare, and input payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Monitor advance planning activities to anticipate and resolve potential payroll issues.
- Identify and address discrepancies, collaborating with relevant parties to ensure resolution.
- Generate reports and documentation for management review, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Keep management informed of any payroll-related operational issues that could impact productivity.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of payroll processing experience, preferably involving bargaining unit personnel.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy to ensure correct employee payments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-motivated approach.
- Exceptional customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, policies, and procedures.

- Strong knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
