Time and Labor Intake Analyst
(3 months Contract Position)

Overview
The Time and Labor Intake Analyst is responsible for handling incoming employee calls related to the Oracle time and labor/payroll modules. They will answer baseline questions about timekeeping and the Oracle Human Capital Management System or escalate more complex issues to subject matter experts as needed.
Responsibilities
- Triage time management system activities: time entry, holiday schedules, absences, errors, and coordinate resolution.
- Perform tasks accurately within designated timeframes.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills within the department and company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or related field, or equivalent related work experience.
- 5 years of experience in time entry system administration or payroll processing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in software to create spreadsheets and databases and extract information from HR/payroll and time entry systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 per week
