Typical Working Day:
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with controller-related tasks;
- Invoicing, managing billing to different business lines comprised of approximately 35 locations;
- Following up on client/vendor communications;
- Coordinating funding requests on a monthly basis.
Essential Skills:

- Experience with procurement systems;
- An understanding of the funding process;
- A thorough grasp of the invoicing process.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Candidates with commercial experience would be highly advantageous.
Years of Experience:
We are seeking candidates with 2-4 years of experience in roles such as assistant accountant, bookkeeper, accounting clerk, or accounting coordinator. Commercial experience is also highly valued.
Education:
The minimum educational requirement for this position is a high school diploma.
Software Skills:
You will need proficiency in MS Office Suite and procurement system platforms.
