Accounts Receivable Clerk
Albuquerque, NM (onsite)
Temporary (until January 1st, potential for conversion)
Responsibilities :
- Process customer payments, including check deposits and SAP transactions.
- Assist in accounts receivable functions, including verifying invoice coding and transaction accuracy.
- Provide reception coverage during breaks and lunch (approximately 1 hour per day).
- Work with sales staff to collect outstanding payments.
- Ensure checks are processed correctly and address any discrepancies.
- Deliver excellent customer service when handling payment inquiries and account resolutions.
- Maintain internal accounting controls and follow company procedures.
