Job Summary : The Merchandising and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising and marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the jewelry industry or with fashion consumer products, with a strong focus on gold jewelry and product development. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead product development initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand and market needs.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and placement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product offerings align with market demand.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and in-store promotions.
• nalyze sales data and customer feedback to make informed decisions on product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, retailers, and customers.
• Monitor and report on the performance of merchandising and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance merchandising and marketing efforts.
