Senior On-Site Services Specialist
Seattle, WA (Onsite)
12 Month Contract
This role involves providing operational support across high-volume duplicating, document imaging, mail management, and equipment maintenance. The Senior On-Site Services Specialist will also assist with customer service, office logistics, and minor building maintenance duties.
Responsibilities :
- Operate high-volume copiers, document imaging systems, and related software.
- Perform binding, finishing, and imaging tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on copiers and troubleshoot issues.
- Distribute mail, faxes, and office supplies, ensuring proper delivery.
- Maintain service logs, billing records, and inventories of supplies.
- Handle shipping and receiving duties, including applying postage.
- Provide customer service and resolve inquiries regarding job requests.
- Assist with meeting room setups and light building maintenance (e.g., re-lamping).
- Perform filing, archiving, and other clerical duties as needed.
- May involve standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
