Manager's Job Description :
Temp to engage. Looking for someone who has worked with printer installation and who has some IT experience. CW will be responsible for Toner replacement, responding to service requests, placing service calls, responding to printer issues, network connection of printers, adding printers to the Server. No extensive lifting, standing or walking. May lift up to 30 lbs anything heavier assistance will be made available. CW will need their own transportation and a valid driver's license as they will be traveling to different sites.
The role involves supporting and operating complex office equipment, performing troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-end equipment, including copiers, binders, and printers.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
- Prepare, compile, and assemble projects accurately, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide timely repairs, including clearing jams, replacing toner, and handling minor machine maintenance.
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies and place orders as needed.
- Support mailroom, conference room, and AV management services as required.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and professional appearance.
- Perform basic digital tasks, such as transferring files and performing diagnostic checks.
- Meet established Time Productive and service excellence standards.
