The role will be responsible for supporting the vendor lifecycle for the Finance Operations organization and ensuring accuracy in vendor contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Maintenance: Submit requests to engage sourcing and assist along the approval process to signature.
• Requisition/Purchase Order Creation: Submit requests with appropriate line items and dollar amounts based on SOW schedule, proper categorization, and attach supporting documentation.
• Vendor Maintenance: Any changes or updates to vendor profile require a request to the AP team. New vendors require a new vendor request that includes supplier bank info, W9, etc.
• Monthly Accruals: Work with the FP&A team to ensure invoices came in on time, and if not, accrue for what should have come in.
• Invoice Receipts: When invoices are submitted, a receipt must be created to verify/receipt the goods or services that were received. This allows payment to be validated and paid out (based on pay terms).
• Payment Maintenance: For reasons such as Req creation timing, Req approval timing, invoice submission timing, etc., payments can be delayed beyond contracted terms. A pay terms exception request may need to be submitted to expedite payment.
• Vendor Governance Calls: Facilitate schedules to ensure vendors are meeting with Finance Ops teams regularly.

Required Education:

• Bachelor s Degree

Required Experience:

• 3-5 Years of Experience
• Finance, AP, Vendor Management, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Nice to Have:

• AP Oracle experience
• Contract Management
