Hospitality Specialist

The On-Site Services Specialist supports daily operations in a professional office environment. This role involves organizing meetings, managing office equipment, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include ensuring the upkeep of conference rooms and handling mail, shipping, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Set up meetings, arrange beverages, and coordinate catered lunches.
- Break down meetings, remove leftover documents, and reset chairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms.
- Operate high-volume copiers, scanners, and mail systems.
- Address paper jams and notify technicians of equipment issues.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including postage and shipping.
- Distribute supplies, mail, and packages to designated locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and coordinating service requests.
- Perform filing duties, including archiving and purging documents.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks, such as re-lamping and minor cleaning.
