Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization and tracking of A/B and multi-variant test requests, ensuring business requirements are documented and aligned with stakeholders, including test requestors, creative teams, and IT.
- Attend daily stand-Client, monthly syncs, planning meetings, and strategy sessions, ensuring clear documentation and follow-Client.
- Create and maintain presentation materials such as test roadmaps, results repositories, and large distribution emails.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing experiments, including generating new test ideas (excluding coding responsibilities).
- Act as a bridge between marketing, creative, and technical teams to facilitate smooth test implementation.
- Serve as a stand-in for the team lead when they are out of office.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements for test execution workflows.
- Support Personalization efforts, Existing Customer, and Business (B2B) testing execution.
Requirements:
- The Digital Testing Project Coordinator supports the A/B and multi-variant testing team by managing the logistics of test execution, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- This role blends aspects of project management and digital production, ensuring that marketing experiments are effectively planned, executed, and communicated across teams.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
