Lease Administration Analyst
Remote Position

Hours : M-F 40 hours / week, 8 hours / day, with flexibility in start / end time, just need to be overlapping 10am-2pm PST
Client is seeking a Lease Administrator to support the onboarding of new stores for our client. This role involves interpreting lease agreements, collaborating with vendors, and managing client systems for rent creation.
Candidate must be available from 10Am to 2 PM PST.
Responsibilities :
- Onboard new stores and assist with lease interpretation
- Review leases and highlight important dates and call-outs
- Collaborate with client vendors and internal teams
- Manage systems to create rent and issue date certificates
- Use lease interpretation skills for accurate documentation
