Senior UX Designer Location : Seattle, WA (hybrid position, must be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week)Responsibilities : UX Lead – lead UX designers for multiple applications.Review all their UX designs; connect / coordinate Org / Enterprise level.Experience with the end-to-end design process and application of appropriate methods.Able to conduct UX research methods, such as user interviews and usability testing.Experience designing and prototyping software user interfaces.Proficiency with Figma.Experience designing for iOS native applications.Experience designing for Android native applications.Experience designing for web applications.Preferred Skills : Experience in aviation or aerospace.Experience in training.Experience working in SAFe or Agile teams.Experience visualizing analytics.Experience working in Azure DevOps (ADO).Tasks to perform user research activities, lead, plan, analyze, and report on user research activities.Create research plans, personas, journey maps, etc.User interface design : Create / update concept sketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design documentation.Work with developers to ensure the design is feasible and implemented per spec.Usability testing with users and report out.Design reviews with UX Lead, UX team, and Product team.Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
