Solution Architect Director Enterprise Architect
Hybrid Position( Remote w/ travel to Chelan, WA)
12 Months Project
Responsibilities:
" Minimum of 10 years of experience in Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, with a strong focus on the utilities and energy industries.
" Proven track record of leading complex FSM implementations and integrating with existing technology stacks, including ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and Data Warehouse.
" Experience with Client Boomi and Maximo.
" Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
" Expertise in developing web-based business applications using XML, JSON, HTML5, AngularJS, etc.
" Experience in planning, designing, and developing integration solutions using SOAP & REST web services.
" Demonstrated ability in team building and leadership, with a focus on inspiring and developing talent.
" Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
" Technical proficiency in FSM software platforms, system integration, and data analytics.
" Experience with OverIT s FSM platform and familiarity with FSM tools.
" Consulting background with experience in client-facing roles delivering high-impact programs.
Preferred Skills:
" Familiarity with GIS integration and mobile workforce management solutions.
" Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and Machine Learning in FSM.
" Professional certifications in solution architecture or relevant technical areas.
