METECS is an engineering and applied technology company that provides high-fidelity simulation and software development for commercial customers in the agriculture, energy, construction, and sports marketing industries. Many of our solutions involve VR and AR technologies.
We are seeking a motivated and skilled web developer to contribute to our web and mobile projects. While this position emphasizes front-end development, there is an opportunity to work on back-end development as well. Full stack experience is preferred but not required.
You will be part of a small team working on diverse projects, which may include web, mobile, desktop native, or cloud-native applications. We hire individuals who are driven, adaptable and eager to learn. You'll have the chance to grow your skill set and be flexible in your career development.
You will be collaborating with other developers, designing front end components. Qualified candidates for this role should possess experience developing applications utilizing modern web application frameworks and be familiar with best practices. Responsibilities :
- Developing and maintaining complex software applications
- Collaborating with other developers and UX team
- Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various projects
- Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code
- Running diagnostic tests, identifying bugs, and ensuring the application runs smoothly across different devices and browsers
- Recommending and implementing improvements to processes, tools and technologies
- Keeping informed of advancements in the field of modern development technologies including front-end technologies such as Angular, React, and Vue
