This role is critical to Meter's success

Our goal is to deliver our internet infrastructure to thousands of locations and millions of devices, with partners driving this expansion. From channel sales and real estate firms to technology alliances, our partners are integral to achieving our ambitious revenue goals. To lead this crucial effort, we are hiring our first Partner Marketer.

As a partner-first organization, the Partner Marketing function plays a central role in defining how we collaborate with partners to create value and scale our business. Joining at this stage means your work will directly influence Meter’s trajectory during its most pivotal phase of growth.

You’ll be responsible for building a high-impact partner marketing strategy from the ground up, delivering programs that empower partners and amplify Meter’s market presence. Your efforts will drive awareness, generate demand, and deepen our partners’ engagement.

The right candidate will have a proven track record of crafting and executing partner marketing programs that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, bringing clarity to ambiguity while achieving measurable results.

This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ office. 

You will have an impact by

  • Developing and implementing Meter’s partner marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and deepen partner engagement.
  • Leading and managing external partner relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and point of coordination for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating across internal teams, including marketing, sales, real estate, and revenue operations, to align strategies, plan initiatives, and track success against revenue goals.
  • Analyzing the performance of partner marketing programs, identifying insights and opportunities to refine and optimize future initiatives.
  • Managing budgets and resources to maximize the ROI of partner-focused campaigns.

Compensation

We think about Meter's compensation package as a combination of salary, equity, benefits, and the experience of working with a talented team to make the biggest impact of your career. 

  • The estimated pay range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000. 
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the Bay Area. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
