Job Overview
Our studio managers oversee the work on their team of every phase of building design projects including programming, schematic design, construction documents, and construction administration. Studio managers also have exposure to the business side of architecture including proposal writing and project financial tracking.
Job Responsibilities :
- Programming, Schematic Design, and Design Development
- Construction Documents
- Construction Administration
- Finishes Selection
- 3D Renderings
- Conference calls and meetings with clients, engineers, vendors, and general contractors
- Expected to lead client presentations
- Expected to be an active participant at all networking events
- Expected to provide mentorship to other team members as needed
- Expected to lead and provide delegation to a team.
