What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback/Server Assistant - Kamper's Rooftop position at Method Co.?
Barback Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols
- Assist bartenders with running side work responsibilities. For example, restock ice bins, glassware, garnishes as well as restock liquor, wine, beer.
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area, and ensure supplies are stocked before, during, and after shift. If you take the last of anything, inform a manager if it needs to be ordered, or replenish it if it is within the restaurant
- Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bar area during service.
- Pre-bus bar area throughout our guests dining experience.
- Assist servers and bartenders by running food, refilling guests drinks, and helping with other tasks throughout the shift.
- Follow proper “manners” protocol when interacting with any guest
- Strong, upbeat and positive personality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Working Conditions/Environment
- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight to 10 (8 to 10) hours per day.
- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
- The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
