Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Method Exteriors, you will be responsible for generating new business, creating strategic partnerships, taking initiative on company generated inbound leads and qualifying customers projects to make sure they align with Method Exteriors performance capabilities. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that each project is complete in scope, estimated proficiently and sold with the ability to perform and turn required gross profit margins. The ideal candidate will have experience in the roofing industry, excellent organizational and communication skills, sales experience, product knowledge, understanding of Local IRC and IBC codes, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Method Exteriors is hiring a project manager to oversee the production of jobs closed by Sales Representatives. Sales Production will be required to communicate to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-construction phases of roofing projects, including initial site visits, determining scope, estimating, writing submitting proposals, pre-construction planning, project oversight with project management to ensure project success.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients project management regarding project progress, changes, and any issues that may arise.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts to ensure smooth project completion.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience or sales experience in the roofing industry (or related field).
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
