Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Concierge to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they enter our spa. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.
- Open and close the spa for the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting areas.
- Prepare client charts and informed consent documents accurately.
- Answer phone calls, address client inquiries, and provide information about services.
- Create engaging social media posts to promote our services and events.
- Collaborate with the spa team to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
Schedule:
- Wednesday-Friday
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17 – 23 per week
