Our client, a leading D2C Brand, is looking for a Marketing Designer to join their team.
Reporting to the Sr. Designer, the Marketing Designer will be responsible for helping frame the company's story and how they visually communicate it to the world. This designer will help with all aspects of multi-channel communication design including advertising, social media, email, print, display, labels, packaging, OOH, website, and marketing materials across the website, Amazon, in-store retail, and packaging.
This role is available for hybrid work (4 days weekly - M-Th, Fridays remote).

How You'll Contribute
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring branded creative assets to life.
- Concept and execute new campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- You'll help with all aspects of multi-channel communication design including social media, email, print, display, OOH, website, product, labels, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide strategic thoughts around creative ideation through production.
- You will help to create design systems that allow the marketing team to scale and ship creative quickly, reliably, and without compromising the brand's look and feel.
- Quickly iterate on best performing ad creative to optimize performance marketing campaigns.
- Ability to conceptualize major and minor changes to marketing assets that will have a large impact on performance.
- Own the delivery of projects for multiple channels, meeting deadlines consistently and communicating when projects need timeline adjustments.
- 1-2 years experience in graphic and UX/UI design. Recent grads are also welcome.
- Be able to take a project from ideation to completion.
- Strong, clean visual design sense in typography, graphic design, and content design.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Knowledge of After Effects and FIGMA are a plus.
- Video editing experience– specifically knowledge of CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro are a plus.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Experience with Amazon Storefront design as well UX/UI on the platform (or a willingness to learn) is a plus.
- A high degree of comfort with iterative design practices to ship optimal versions of your creative over time.
- Grit and willingness to test continuously. Always coming up with new ideas to improve performance.
- You grasp concepts easily but are unafraid to challenge the status quo.
